Before the Session
You’ll receive:
– Intake paperwork to complete at home
– A request to share your insurance card
I’ll send:
– A secure Google Meet link
– A warm welcome (no judgment, just support)
During the Session
About 50 minutes, virtual, relaxed
I’ll review your paperwork and ask some questions about you. Nothing too intense—we’re just getting to know each other and building trust. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been tough, and how we can work together.

If it feels like a fit:
We’ll schedule your next session.
If not:
I’ll happily refer you to someone who may be a better match. Therapy is about you, not my ego.
